KENO HISTORY Keno is similar to Lotto. It was first introduced in China many years ago. A traditional live casino keno game uses a circular glass enclosure called a "bubble" containing 80 balls which determine the ball draw result. Each ball is imprinted with a number 1 through 80. A blower pushes air into the bubble and mixes the balls. In each drawing are drawn 20 random numbers from 1 to 80. To play keno, you simply mark 1 to 20 numbers on a blank keno ticket.
